Don't bother Steve if you are not working with a contractor.

Since I was local (literally down the street), I decided to go knock on the door. I was greeted very courteously and we setup time for Steve to come measure a couple of Chimneys for add-on shroud.

Steve ends up turning me down for the job as he will not get on roof without tiles removed or supporting platform available. It was a professional encounter, but needless to say I was disappointed.
