My technician Arsen was really quick and efficient in finding the problem and making the repair. He was polite and professional. My washing machine was shaking violently during the spin cycle. The parts that were needed came in the mail. The machine needed new shocks and he had a spare part on hand that he also ended up needing, because as you can see in the picture it the old part was broken.
I was having difficulty with my dishwasher. It was not completing the cycle and would leave standing water. The control panel was flashing and signaling as well. The technician came once and advised me to clean the drains, which I did. I continued to have the same problem and called the company again. The tech came back, ran a full cycle and tested everything he could test. When he pulled out the dishwasher, he discovered that the drain hose was kinked. That may have been an installers error and was not really an issue with the appliance. Because the tech was thorough and detail oriented, he found and fixed the problem. He was patient and friendly, in a frustrating situation. He was knowledgeable and competent as well. I received terrific service and am very happy with MGR Appliance Repair.
