The HOA property manager, Bettie Berdugo, has been outstanding since she took over the industrial park we provide services for. We've been working with the park for years and as soon as Bettie joined the team the attention to care and management of the industrial parks has been noticeably better. She has incredible communication and a very approachable demeanor. We're grateful to work with Bettie and her MGR team.

Just rented our home through MGR and had to come write a review we worked with Taren Cerda and she was amazing. She handled everything we needed from her as well as kept in contact as much as we needed her too. She is also very wholesome and laid back to work with and always professional. I will definitely be recommending anyone who's looking for a home to go to MGR and work with her.
