Constantly changing therapist on you. No real updates. My son got docked for not knowing sesame street characters and saying their names correctly.

This is a worse experience we have never had. First of all, tried to make an appointment for over a week and left multiple messages no one called back. Finally someone answered the phone after 100 attempts, gave a schedule 3-4 weeks later… Finally wait close to the appointment date, they called saying the appointment was cancelled due to we didn’t answer the questionary 24 hour before the appointment… that’s a ridiculous place to handle the business …

The staff are friendly, and great communication. Therapist make my son welcome with a smile and ready to work, I love her patience 💕
