His team helped me find a car-shipping company as well as an excellent buyer’s agent in Central Florida who helped us move there. After I moved from Seattle, Michael’s team were timely, efficient, and thorough in coordinating staging, painting, cleaning, and creating a promotional online video and photo presentation (including drone footage of the property and neighborhood). All of these activities were done in a few weeks and were instrumental in the condo selling for much more than expected and certainly more than comparable properties had sold for in a time of limited inventory.
