Very highly recommend; I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kao! I've had an ongoing problem with my ears since 2013 and Dr. Kao is the first specialist (I've been looked at by three others) to really take the time to listen and understand my situation and then discuss options and form a plan with me.
I never felt rushed and I also didn't wait for long to see him. The staff are also very friendly and professional and the office is exceptionally clean.
NOTE: There's a lot of regular and handicap parking under his building that are much easier to get in and out of than the few spaces on the top level.

Dr. Kao performed my thyroid surgery and did a great job. He is conversant and informative, making me feel comfortable both before and after surgery. Best of all, he did such a great job that I have virtually no scar! I highly recommend him ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Kao is simply the best! He takes the time to explain and answer questions outlining the options for treatment. He is patient with your concerns and addresses them calmly even though you might be alarmed with the situation. His team is also responsive to emails and calls in between appointments
