I brought a woman wallet for someone's Christmas gift and I paid for it. The store cashier asked for my telephone number/email address as part of the check out. I was given a printed receipt. I went back to the store for return after Christmas, because she wanted something else instead. I lost the printed receipt, unfortunately. The cashier treated me like I stole the woman wallet, no refund back to my credit card or give store credit/exchange allowed because they couldn't find my phone number or email address in their computer! I showed cashier my credit card statement with store name, date of purchase, price, and the price tag was still attacked to the woman wallet. They don't care. They were nice when helping with purchase, not so nice after getting your money.

I ventured out shopping today to purchase a new purse and wallet. I went to two other stores, however, I had to return because of Amber! Amber was wonderful and personalized my shopping experience. Amber made sure I got exactly what I wanted and made me feel welcomed and cared for. I would have thought we had been friends for years the way she interacted with me! I was only looking to purchase two items and left with six items! I'm very happy with my purchases and cannot sing enough praises about Amber! Please give her a raise and a promotion, she deserves it! I think it's safe to say I recommend this location and will be back! Thank you, Amber!
