Terrible, terrible customer service from the store and the company as a whole. I did an online order and opted to do in-store pickup at this location. When I picked up the item I was not given a receipt or anything and was told since I ordered online it would be emailed to me. It wasn't. Fast forward a few weeks (the item was a gift and was purchased during the holidays so it qualified for their extended return policy) I went back to the Southcenter location where I originally picked up the item. While standing in line waiting for the next available cashier one of the associates approached me to inquire about what I needed. I explained I had done an online order with in-store pickup and needed to make a return. I had only received emails with my order confirmation numbers and had never received an actual receipt. The sales associate then stated that I couldn't do an online return in the store without a receipt. I then explained when I picked it up in the store (their store) they didn't give me a receipt and I only had order confirmations (which most places can use to look up orders). The associate then told me that I would have to call customer service to get a receipt and that there was nothing she go do for me without a receipt. When I inquired about the order confirmation number she told me that the online system works differently than the one in the store and it wasn't like they got the money from me ordering online anyways. As soon as I walked out of the store I called customer service and when I explained the situation to them was told that they store should have been able to look up the order by my confirmation number and they didn't know why they said they couldn't. They then said they would send me a prepaid label and apologized for the interaction but I should have the label in 2 days. 2 days later I get an email from customer service apologizing for my issue with my product with a detailed explanation to their return policy. The email then stated I should put my packing list in the box and use the prepaid label that was provided to me when I received my order. Since I picked up my order in store I didn't receive any of those things and I explained that to the person I originally spoke to on the phone. I then replied to the customer service email and have not heard anything since. So long story short I still have not been able to return my item and have gotten the run around from the store and their customer service team. If I could leave zero stars I would and I will never buy another MK item again.
