Michael and his team recently helped me obtain a mortgage (very quickly) for an unplanned condo purchase. Within hours of engagement, I had access to his company portal and had already received questions from him about the terms of my offer, timeline, etc. It was a tremendous relief that he moved so quickly given we had less than 30 days to close and a specific interest rate baked into our contract.
Throughout the process, the communication and facilitation managed by Michael with the Realtors, the HOA, and all other parties was seamless. So much so, that our realtor commented on it at closing and plans to recommend to her clients moving forward.
I will definitely work with Michael again on future purchases and highly recommend that others engage as well.
