I purchased a new computer online and had a couple of set-up questions. Norbert was FANTASTIC! It was so nice to send an email, and get a quick response. And being able to talk to someone who knew what they were doing was wonderful. No phone trees to deal with here! 100 percent recommend!

Edit: wanted to mention Zoltan and Bronx. They were instrumental in helping.
Bought a modified laptop from these folks through Amazon. Laptop had some issues which the tech team helped me with in a very expeditious manner. They provided a solution, a prepaid label for returning a part, and even offered to call to walk me through the installation.

I purchased a Velztrorm Gaming PC and is a beast, I had a problem with the Windows going corrupt, but Norbert was extremely professional and patient during a troubleshooting session and restored my OS and my PC came back to life. Outstanding piece of hardware and outstanding technical support, they went beyond my expectations and fix my problem quickly.
