Michaels Custom Framing

The store employees were rude. It must have been closing time but I would never have known as there was no announcement made. I dont think they even knew I was in the store. Someone made a rude comment similar to 'Thank God today is over.!' and turned out the lights. I walked to the front to pay for my items and was told I would have to come back tomorrow. Well tomorrow is my birthday and I'm not really going to be in the shopping mood tomorrow. Plus I'm not from this state and I'm here to visit my kids and grandkids, not the Michaels store. So no, I will not come back tomorrow. In fact I will not be coming back ever. To any Michael's store. They have lost my business. I get a very limited amount of time to spend with my grandbaby as it is so I chose to wait until she was asleep to go to the store. I am at Walmart now and they will get my money tonight. I'm not willing to give up any more of my time to Michaels. Its just not worth it! If I could give them a negitive score I would! Especially since now its raining and I've wasted even more of my time writing this review because I am truly that upset.
