I ordered a custom frame. The lady that helped me was awesome. I communicate to her that I have a 1of 1 (very expensive to me) piece and I don’t want to leave it at the store. She was very cool and said just bring it in and they’ll put it together. I bring it in and their framer say it’ll be a few day or I could leave it tonight and it might get done. So I start asking questions to understand the situation better that’s when the attitude and smirking started. After if we could make an appointment and they said no. They acted like setting the glass an matting into the frame and putting special on the print was a brain surgery that would take several hour.
