This Michael's is in a difficult place to get too. My first time here. They didn't seem to have as much as the other Michael's stores, but the employee we talked to was the best kind to interact with. She was happy, knowledgeable, and helpful.

If you're going to force me to use self check out, could you at least train your employees not to hover over my shoulder? She was within arm reach of me and even commented on what I had up on my phone. This felt like a breach of privacy and was very unprofessional. If you're going to treat me like I'm stealing then don't have self check out.

Michaels used to be a one-stop shop for artist however lately it seems to be an interior design shop. Get back to the crafts people. We still need paint and brushes and canvas. We can get fake flowers from Home Goods.
