Always well stocked with good service! Just went in right before mother's day for framing help and Vale was wonderful! They helped me pick the right color and sized mat for a strange sized project and we're even kind enough to expedite it for me in time for mother's day. I will be back to ask them for help with my next framing project.

When coming to this location to meet with a friend 20 minutes before closing, I was not let in. They had both set of doors locked (which both say to remain open during business hours) and even when I gently knocked I was looked at and straight up ignored. As a MEMBER of Michaels rewards I was shocked. As a previous store manager myself, I was furious. I had it drilled into my head to never EVER close early. If my crew closed early they would not hear the end of it because of the amount of potential sales that were lost. I was planning to drop a good amount of money but instead I was shunned away when they were STILL OPEN! Doors locked. And my friend who was in the store was being followed by the old lady who works there. CREEP behavior. If you can’t stay the extra 20 minutes that your store Is OPEN then change ur preferred hours or get a different job. Facts
Also waited until 9 and both employees immediately walked out right at 9:02. Real nice.
