Good selection, and generally good customer service. However, the make or break for me right now is the lack of bike parking. They used to allow me to take my bike into the store (which is a smaller footprint than a shopping cart, I might add) but now management has said no, and since there are no bike racks or staples nearby, I guess I'm out of luck. So no more Michaels here for me. Womp womp.
As a tip, if this location ever needs to do any work or improvements (construction, parking lot, etc.) that requires a permit, you'll be required to install bike parking in order to remain within code, so I would suggest spending the few hundred dollars to install it before that so that your customers who bike can come in and spend money and make up for that cost before you're required to do it by law. 🤷🏻♀️
