Come here for great fabric deals! Michaels is always full of inspiration and I have trouble walking through here because I can imagine so many potential projects. Overall I find that they are overpriced, but they generally have a little bit of everything. This Michaels currently has a fabric section which is top notch. Most of their bolts of fabric are $5 to $20/meter which is very cheep. When I was looking for Christmas fabric earlier most places were selling it for $30-$60/meter.

I asked Maryam for help finding a specific item. The Michaels Canada website showed a high number of it in stock for this location. But we didn't see all of them on the sales floor. Maryam found it in one of the overstock shelves nearby. She got them down for me. The item was something I REALLY wanted so I appreciated her effort in helping me find them!! I also asked her for a restaurant recommendation nearby and it turned out great :)
