The staff are very lovely and incredibly helpful. There was a mix-up with one of my orders, and I didn't get their name, but a staff member was incredibly kind and helpful in getting it sorted out! And was very quick about it, too. It's definitely one of my preferred locations to shop at! They also seem to have items in stock more often than other stores, which is quite helpful and convenient

I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff at Michaels tonight, especially Judith. She was so patient and sweet, truly going above and beyond to help me. I was having such a crappy day, but her kindness touched me and turned things around. Thank you so much, Judith, for all your help! You left a smile on my face. I will definitely be back to shop at this location. The seasonal sale was fantastic, and I was thrilled to get all the picture frames I needed. Highly recommend!

I ordered Linseed with shipping but also, I ordered 36×48 inches canvas and it said "buy one and get one free" without shipping. So I went there to pickup but I got only one. It's better to order anything from Deseree
