Michelle went above and beyond her work duties, was always available to answer any questions. She was super quick in her work, sharing all mortgage information and being transparent in the process really helped us as first time house buyers. Highly recommend her!!!

Michelle was open, honest and provided calm and clarity during a process that can be stressful and confusing. She provided multiple options and help select the best outcome putting me and my family first. I came to Michelle late in the escrow process and she delivered ahead of schedule. Apart from what business connection I had with her being my lender, Michelle is great lady in general. She helped me close on my first house and did it flawlessly. We had hit a lot of bumps on the way due to other reasons but she persevered and always came out with solutions. It wouldn't be wrong of me to say that she is next to family now and really a highly dependable woman. Even after our closing, she remained in touch and always shared more information that helped us thoroughly. I did have a lot of insecure questions on my journey to buying my house and she helped answer them, just as someone from my family would. Thanks again Michelle. :-)
