Just finished my first experience with Al @ Micro in Prescott.I made an appointment with Micro yesterday. Al arrived today and was on time, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Fixed everything on my laptop @ desktop and some issues I didn't even realize I had. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend Micro to anyone needing computer service. I will not hesitate to call them again for any computer issue.

I'm glad I came here to buy a laptop! I went in looking for a relatively inexpensive computer that would run art and editing programs, and was able to walk out with a refurbished Macbook Air that fit every single criteria I needed. After a few months of daily use I'm pleased to say that it works just as well as the day I bought it, with no signs of bloatware or the other problems that sometimes come with refurbished laptops. If you're looking for an honest place with decent prices, I'd definitely suggest checking Micro AZ
