Currently on my 5th Microsoft Surface Book 2.
Placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau - No response from Microsoft BBB Complaint Case# 142101
All issues with the Surface Book 2 were verified by Microsoft Techs before replacement.
One replacement arrived DOA Display Issues Bluetooth/Wireless issues One return was lost at their facility for 1.5 weeks Keep getting we are going to charge you phone calls and emails for a Surface Book they have already received. After confirmation that they have the device. Person who identified themselves as a manager, turned out not to be a manager Microsoft representative constantly contradicts himself, yes I agree to do this no I can't do this Refusal or inability to escalate to a manager
Long time user and supporter of Microsoft (I waited in line when Windows 95 was released), I mistakenly thought that their surface would reflect the premium product they sold.
After taking account for the hardships companies are facing during the global pandemic, I mistakenly thought that Microsoft's honesty and integrity would still be in place.
I hope this serves as a warning to others, great tools if they work. If not be prepared to spend days, weeks, months trying to resolve.
Worst company ever. It’s next to impossible to work with. Tried to remove my credit card from my son’s account. Won’t do it unless you enter another credit card. They’ve got you by the short hairs. And most recent disaster, in trying to remove my email from my son’s Xbox account (his email is also on the account so I wanted mine off) they DELETED my email account COMPLETELY! Called and was told it could be reinstated as long as I made the request within 30 days of deleting it - and the request had to be made by a form that I had to google, as it is nowhere to be found on the Microsoft site. I made the request and called five days later to follow up & was told too bad it’s gone. They are HORRIBLE to deal with. If I could, they’d get zero stars.
