I'm not sure where to leave this review. I bought a brand new Surface Pro 9 from the Microsoft online store. They left it on my front porch a day early, when I was away from home. An expensive product was left out in the open, exposed to the elements. I spoke to the delivery company and they explained that Microsoft's shipping policy is not to require a signature.
I'm disappointed that Microsoft does not value the product I buy with more care. While it may be a trivial item to them, this was hard-earned for me and I had wished Microsoft would not use such a careless shipping policy.
Worst Customer Support Service ever created. If you have any issues with any of their products and cannot access Microsoft help online to fix the problem. You are on your own and It would be faster to either reinstall your software or operating system or purchase a different product from another company, because Microsoft doesn't believe in supporting it's customers.
