Microsoft office 365 customer service is the worst. I got locked out of my email and it requested a reset of password which I needed to contact customer service and data support which is over seas. First of all you can't understand what they are saying, their English is horrible.
I opened up a case on September 12, 2022 waiting for an Engineer to contact me to reset my password. As of today, September 23 I have not received a call back phone call. I have called business customer support on a daily basis and all they say is "An Engineer will call you back". No direct num er to contact Wngineering department which is also located overseas (India)
I have not been able to open my business email for 2 weeks. We have decided to switch enail servers due to their lack of response to these issues. I truly encourage everyone to drop office 365 or else you will be in the same boat as myself. I've told all my family, friends and business associates concerning this issue. They will be switching to other service providers.
FYI. I'm not the only person that is going thru this. Ever since Microsoft switch their customer support to overseas, many other people have had the same frustration. Good luck and don't continue to use Microsft Office 365. THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
