Lied to by the sales guy regarding the age to check out the virtual reality HTC VIVE. They wouldn't state what the required age to try the HTC VIVE. They wanted to know the child's age first and then they responded with an answer. I saw an 8 year old using the HTC VIVE on Thursday (6/29/17). They are selective in which customers are allowed access. I'm highly disappointed in the service received at this store in Westfield South Mall. No one asked to help me with the Surface until I came back a second time. There won't be a third time at this location.

They put a password on my netbook without my permission and didn't even tell me password. Phone goes to India they can't help. I have no time to go to store. Very bad service. I had to go to safe mode to delete MSStore account to run my own laptop. What a waste of time.

Rude employee name Brenda was just busy playing on her phone. I had good customer service here before but this employee was rude and not friendly at all. She was mainly trying to get me to leave so that she could continue to play on her phone. You can tell she didn’t want to be there or help anyone.
