If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I checked in for a night after traveling from Oregon. The room was noisy and dirty but I just needed to try to sleep. I ended up leaving very early due to the noise. I let the front desk know. Vianney was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude! This place has the worst customer service ever. Vianney at the front desk looks MISERABLE and like she hates her job. I tried to speak to her, and she kept cutting me off and started cussing and yelling like a psycho. Don’t stay here!!!

The outlets were behind the dresser drawer. Walls were thin. It worked for one night. I would not stay again.||||They wanted at least 200 characters so I guess I will mention that the shower head was one of the handicapped style that slides up and down. It would not stay where it was placed and I needed to use tape and cardboard to keep it at head level.

I was driving late at night and instead of staying at a Motel, I decided to stay in this hotel because of the Wyndham name. It was the worst decision of the day. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the next door room TV. I asked to be moved to a different room and I was told to pay extra, which I didn’t. I had to tell the service desk to come upstairs and confirm that I could hear the TV next door. Then, I turned on the AC and the unit began making a loud noise which made it difficult to sleep. By then it was almost 1:30am and I had to wake up early to continue my journey. I had to turn off the AC to be able to sleep. This hotel is as good as a motel. The room is small and too pricey for what it offers.
