They turned the water off without notice. Called them but cannot reach on weekends. No emergency number to call to turn on the water vault

Returning home from business trip to discover MPWD had disconnected my water supply without notice - late payment. They could have called, but chose not to - I guess for the pleasure of Charging me an inconvenient fee. Mix ups do happen and I wish MPWD customer care made more of an effort to serve a customer by picking up the phone.
