I brought my car in for a series of issues, and Kenneth was attentive, helpful, and made sure to deliver superior customer service. He was communicative when there were updates/delays, and he went out of his way provide cost-effective solutions and discounts where he could. I highly recommend this Midas location; the team is excellent.

EDITED: We originally had a different experience with this shop (see below) but have since gone back to Midas and worked with Kenneth - great service & person, that's why there are 5 stars. Will come back.
Original post: We had an appointment (as did 2 other people) and the shop wasn't even open! no one picked up the phone... cannot recommend.
