I would give negative stars if possible. I took my truck into this place and asked them to do a brake inspection and an oil change. They charged me an arm and leg for the oil change and told me my brakes and rotors and everything needed to be replaced. I hesitated and said I needed to run it by my husband and the manager pressed me and said I better get it done or I would end up needing new calipers. I said go ahead - they wanted to charge me over $1500 to put in new brakes. I left there and called my husband and he told me to have them stop the job immediately. I called and had them stop the job. I took my vehicle to the dealership to have the brakes inspected and the dealership told me I have most of the life left on my brakes and there is no need for new brakes at this time. This place blatantly tried to rip me off! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE. They are LIARS and will do all they can to try to rip you off.

My visit to Midas was a nightmare. The manager's rude and abrasive attitude was only matched by the blatant attempts to deceive and overcharge. The sloppy work on my vehicle was just the tip of the iceberg in this sham of a service. Communication was practically nonexistent, leaving me feeling scammed and mistreated. This establishment epitomizes everything a reputable business should not be - dishonest, disrespectful, and utterly unprofessional. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and dealing with a manager who lacks basic decency.

Very nice and efficient however put crappy break pads on - not genuine dealer pads. Original VW pads lasted 90K + miles these pads ground down to the new rotors in less than 40k miles. Pads squeaked from beginning and I was told that would go away. When I called and complained a second time I was told they could replace the pads but I’d be responsible for the labor. They never stopped squeaking and apparently it’s because they were bad from the get go. Will not return there for service. My bad for not going back immediately, but trusted the speak would go away. Life happened and now I have to replace new front rotors and pads again.
