I have been taking cars here for over 10 years now, and every time I call or visit I am delighted with their service. They are friendly, kind, patient, quick, professional, and trustworthy!
Most recently I had an issue with a battery that died under warranty, together with an airbag warning light that appeared after I had to jump start it. Because the battery was under warranty, they replaced it for free (or as Alex more appropriately said, "no charge" 😛), and cleared the airbag code after investigating that it was no longer active.
I know that I got lucky with the battery being under warranty and there are types of problems that can't be fixed for free, but this is outstanding honest service that really inspires loyalty. And I get to support a local business! Thank you, Midland Auto!
