I just got back home to Seattle after a weekend away and was feeling crumby. Ordered some take-out ramen from midnite ramen and: wow! This place is amazing! Brought me back to life.
Can’t wait to come back to try the other options!

Some of the best ramen in Seattle, served at the back of Figurehead brewing in Fremont. Only knock is the paper bowls and plastic spoons - didn't quite match the quality of the food.
