My partner and I came to Mikayla having already found the place we wanted to make an offer on, and she did a great job guiding us through the purchase process!
We had met Mikayla once at an open house before we were ready to start looking seriously, then found the right place before we had a realtor or pre-approval lined up. She took us on as clients and helped us make an offer REALLY quickly, provided good advice every step of the way, and was very responsive to the many questions we had a first-time buyers. She's really friendly and easy to talk to, and is a solid negotiator and even managed to get us a closing credit for some poorly disclosed damage we observed in our final walkthrough. Would love to work with her again!

Mikayla is an excellent realtor who combines local market know how with excellent negotiation skills and a down to earth attitude. She got us into contract on an an usual property that we loved and didn’t hesitate to jump in and help solve several unexpected issues during closing. If you want to but a home in the competitive Bay Area market, Mikayla is the one to work with!

We recently had the opportunity to work with Mikayla in purchasing our very first home. After first getting into contact with Mikayla on a Friday, we saw our first open house Saturday/Sunday, put in offer in on Sunday, and got into contract by Monday! What a wild ride! Mikayla really shinned by having incredible patience with us due to being first time home-buyers. We spent almost every day texting or speaking with her over the phone from our first open house to the day we received keys. On occasion there were questions she could not answer, but she was tenacious and made it her mission to search for answers and we are happy to say we got through the process and currently loving our new neighborhood! Overall, we loved working with Mikayla and were happy to finally meet her in person when we received keys.
