Our experience with Mike as an inspector for the home we're purchasing was awesome! Mike is personable, highly knowledgeable, thorough, and very professional. After the inspection, we called him with several questions and he answered all of them swiftly and completely, and also reassured us that we can contact him anytime with any additional questions we may have about the house. We will highly recommend Mike and his team to our friends, family, and to anyone in need of a meticulously conducted home inspection.

Mike Cole did a great job inspecting our home. He was very friendly and sent us a detailed report the same day he did the inspection. He also included high quality photos and even had arrows and circles depicting the actual issues that he found. Getting the sewer inspection was extremely easy too, we told him we wanted it done and he set it all up through a 3rd party and Mike even analyzed the results of that. Mike did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate giving him a call if I needed another home inspection done.
