Mike Dolan went above and beyond to help us sell our vacation home in Big Bear Lake. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and well respected in the Big Bear community. He has his pulse on every aspect of the community. I had to go through a major renovation of the project to get it sold and got every money of my rehab cost back and then some because of following Mr. Dolan's expertise. I can't stress enough that anyone looking to purchase or sell their home should seriously consider Mike as their representative. We had a multiple bid offer on our home which Mike guided us through. Lastly, the day the property closed I had learned that my father passed away and Mike took over everything for me and got the deal done to insure it closed. I will never forget that and you should consider that in your decision making process. My recommendation is to hire Mike Dolan because he gets the job done.

Earlier this year, I was faced with the daunting task of selling my parents' mountain cabin in Lake Arrowhead. Mike and his associates were terrific. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Mike and his whole team are proactive and also patient. I always felt that he was looking out for my best interest with a great deal of honesty and integrity. I couldn't be happier with the communication, process, and the outcome. I would gladly work with Mike Dolan and his team again in the future, and I most definitely would recommend him.
