I needed the battery on the fob replaced for a Lexus 430. the guys at the auto parts store didn't know how to get it opened. I happened to see Sue and Mike Howe so they opened their shop on a Saturday and looked it up then opened it. I went next door got a battery so Mike inserted it and I was good to go. No charge! They are great people and treat their customers extremely well.

They are very thorough and helpful. I know my car is being taken care of properly to maintain my safely on the road. I appreciate their knowledge of my chevy suburban, and they have helped me with several maintenance jobs over the years.

OB takes pride in his work and customer service! Always happy to help, always takes care of the issue and is priced very reasonable. We trust him with all of our vehicles! Would never even consider taking our vehicles to anywhere else.
