Hey hey! Just to verify I am the girl in the photos in his site. No fake pics. Mike was my trainer for over a year in NY until he relocated to the west coast. Very sad day for me, but for his new clients in CA you won't regret hiring him as your trainer. As you can see in the first pic I had some lbs to lose after my second child and he helped me make it happen! I became stronger and had more muscle tone then when I was much younger pre kids! Mike is professional, fun and he created awesome workouts which were not limited to inside a gym. We took advantage of the outdoors as well, which I loved... even though outdoors meant burpees. Every workout different and hard AF. We trained 2-3 days a week for an hour and created workouts for me to do on my own on off days. Not only was I pushed physically but mentally as well to overcome things I didn't think I could accomplish. His positive attitude, encouragement and communication was amazing! He's a personal chef btw and assisted with diet and meal planning! That was key!!! I haven't been able to find a trainer in NY to replace him.

Great trainer! Got referred by friend. He was really motivating and knew what he was doing. I get lazy working out all the time but he made it worth the extra effort. My goal was to get toned up, so he came up with a workout plan specifically for my goal rather than making me do all the usual boring routine moves. Amazingly he's a chef as well so he was able to create a dietary meal plan for me with daily nutrition needs and calories taken into account. Of course, you will need to pay a little extra but totally worth it! I started paying more attention to what I eat and realizing the only way a workout plan would work is when you combine exercise and healthy diet. Having a personal trainer that's also a chef definitely has its perk, I got to reach my goal with fun exercises and yummy/healthy food recipes!!
