This is the second times I have brought my vehicle into this shop. The first time, I remember there was a punctuality problem by couple of days, but this time, the shop kept my vehicle for over three weeks. I was supposed to take the vehicle for a camping trip and It wasn't done on time. I was out money for car rental because they couldn't fix the vehicle on time. Wish they talk less and work more instead. Vitro can talk my ears off. I don't need to know every details because frankly, I will never be a mechanic. I wish he would just go do the work instead.
The only reason I have to bring it in to Mike's shop is because Loebstel moved. Loebstel was excellent and punctual. I would stay away from Mike's unless you don't mind using their shop as a parking garage.
