Made an appointment a week in advance to drop off my vehicle with Kent. I called and confirmed the appointment the day before. The day of the appointment I rushed through all my work so I can leave early to meet Kent before they closed. I showed up at 3pm and the shop is closed. Their close time is 4pm I was told by Kent. No call from anyone to let me know they can't make the appointment. I called and left a voicmail to call me back. Its been over 24 hour and not a peep. Poor communication and can't keep simple commitments. Don't trust this place with your vehicle. You will regret it.

I went to this location to hopefully get a quick estimate because I have a convertible top that has a bad liner/water bag that I needed repair. (2006 Mercedes clk 350). I was told by the female receptionist, that I'd get a phone call from their top guy, as soon as he was in so he could look at it and give me an estimate. Well, they must be extremely busy-as this was 2+ weeks ago, and I STILL have not received a phone call to help me with my issue. Wish I could have gotten to use their 4.6 star rating, but I guess I'll go with the competitor which I'm now seeing they actually have better reviews. Here is a pic of my car, so you can remember that you forgot to call me....

.....Updated rating and review...I have heard back and am happy that we have had some time to talk and figure out what is needed to be done. Price for the work from Mercedes is $12,500 for a top replacement, and the bid I got from Mike's Auto Tops was waayyyy less! I will definitely be using them for my repair, and will update my review when the job is complete. :-)

These guys fixed my seat and even somehow came up with the same fabric to do the repair. I was shocked. Great work, good guys and I thought the price was totally fair.
