First day called them, for ~20min a nice guy (don’t know his name) collected all my information including pictures for estimates. I gave them everything they asked for in less than 2h.

Then they were supposed to give me an estimate, but I heard nothing from them for a whole day, I texted them again and they said their technician will give me a quote soon. One more day and radio silence, I asked another plumbing company today and they fixed the leak in my kitchen in a few hours (quality work and fair price).

I’m not sure how hard is to provide quote after asking several questions and several pictures (wasting everyone’s time). If the information was not enough they could ask for more, if it was enough why I never heard from them.

If you have an emergency issues, I don’t recommend them as you may wait for days with no results.
