Ahhhh- I can’t say enough about Kelly and April at Milano !!! They are sooo amazing, helpful and talented. They took such good care of my spouse when we came in to get a wig (which is gorgeous by the way- the wig…but also my spouse 😆 I digress!!) anyway- PLEASE go to Milano for any wig needs. It’s THE best in LA. We went around and the quality was either worse or more expensive. We walked in there and within 5 minutes we had the PERFECT wig. Kelly trimmed it, April styled it. Gosh, just couldn’t be happier. So nice to go to a one-stop-shop where you’re attended to and taken such good care of!! Good hearted and great staff!! Can’t recommend enough. Worth every penny!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖

I had an amazing experience from start to finish with purchasing a wig from Milano. I have alopecia and have purchased wigs from several places over the years. Milano was timely, supportive, patient, and overall amazing. I first came in to try on wig styles and pick the type of wig I wanted. They then ordered me a base style wig in less than a week and I sent them inspo photos to have it custom colored by their stylist and it was finished in 3 days!! I came in to have it cut and styled as well. Every person I came in contact with was great and attentive. I will be a returning costumer :)

My wife and I visited this store a few times to find a wig for her after she started losing her hair from her treatments. The manager Kellie was very patient and helpful. We were a little nervous about the whole experience, but everyone there was great! Highly recommend!
