I 100% recommend MCM! They went above and beyond, advocating for a solution to the home warranty company, keeping in constant communication, and overall professional/friendly people. A huge thank you to their front desk gal, Kaitlyn (apologies if that’s the incorrect spelling), she has been AMAZING, and so fun to speak with.

The technician, Andy, was on time, professional and knowledgeable. The repair to the heat pump was minor and he finished quickly. I called to make an appointment for an A/C unit which stopped working in the middle of the summer. They scheduled me for the next day. Andy was on time, courteous and knew his trade. I was grateful for the quick response and ability to get the A/C going again. I highly recommend Mill Creek Mechanical and would definitely use them again.
