We have been going here for years without any problems. The past few years there has been a high staff turnover. On our last appt the hygienist told my husband he needed xrays but couldn't do them & the cleaning so we would need to come back. He said we were there for the cleaning so that's what needed to be done. So this time, I specifically made the appt for a cleaning & the xrays, I was told that his appt would be 1 1/2 hours compared to my hour. This same hygienist told him she couldn't do them both in an hour, he said it's scheduled for 1 1/2 hours but she continued to say she just couldn't do it. So my husband said he's done & was leaving. He came & told me he was leaving & why & I'm like no it was scheduled for both so I told my hygienist, who was very nice & new, that I too will be leaving since this happened again. She went & got the Dentist & when I explained & said I'm not sure what's going on with your staff so I guess we are leaving he said ok bye. This seemed odd since he's always been very nice with a good sense of humor but maybe this explains the staff turnover 🤷♀️
