The Miller-Jones Mortuary provided excellent courteous service throughout our time of need. I could not be more pleased with the timely and professional service they provided. They made sure all of the deceased person's wishes were carried out, including transporting the ashes to Carmel Bay for spreading over the waters.

Miller Jones Mortuary and Crematory & Menefee Valley Cemetary we’re only helpful with all the decisions I had to make in regards to my sisters final arrangements. I was very pleased to see that my sister had made a lot of the decisions herself prior to her death. That was a godsend. The employees at Miller Jones were very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The service itself went very well and I feel as though we gave her the best sendoff she could’ve gotten. The help of the AV department was very much appreciated. I would recommend Miller Jones Menifee to anybody who requires their services.

We just had my Mom’s services here today. From the first phone call with Hamilton, and my visit with Ally, I knew this was the right choice. They picked my Mom up the night she passed with class and dignity. The transportation, the representatives who arrived and the gurney and cover for my Mom were all class and dignity. I was worried of a work van and guys in shorts and a metal table with a sheet. My worries were put to rest. This was handled with care and class and dignity down to the last detail. It gave me a last memory and vision of my Mom that was peaceful and dignified. These details mattered Miller-Jones so thank you. The service was set up with the help of Ally and Jose as well as support and help from Dulce, Linda, Sandra and Jennifer in the reception kitchen. All were amazing. I was so stressed about giving my Mom the service she deserved and all of you made it possible. I could not have asked for a better experience in what has been a difficult time.
