If you own a property, they will advocate for the tenants. Our home has suffered great damage because they don’t actually manage the property as promised during their presentation. Not only am I disappointed in their lack of service, but thousands of dollars in damages have occurred and they won’t take any responsibility. They will drag out the process of turning over your property to a new tenant. That has been out personal experience. Now we are dealing with water damage because of flooding caused by neglected maintenance. Three of our gutters were not even attached. And one drain caused water to flood our garage. Ian, the owner I believe, is the rudest and most unprofessional person you have to deal with if he is even willing to help. Taylor and the rest of the team has a less than desirable communication style. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my enemy. Good luck.
