Disappointing experience. Bad business. I have been a patron here for years, and I won’t return. Despite advance purchase, Florist cancelled the order shortly before expected delivery.

Prepaid orders in advance for multiple delivery dates. Florist fulfilled the first order, and later requested I pay additional delivery fees. Florist also requested I pay higher price for the flowers I had already prepaid, or accept 1/2 order at original price paid. Bad business.

Profiteering! I get supply and demand. I understand people have to make a buck. I like to support local businesses. But $200 for a bouquet on valentine’s day is straight up profiteering and crass opportunism. Save yourself the trouble and walk five minutes to Michael’s local florist or Whole Foods if you have to and get yourself a bouquet for <= twenty percent the price. All this on Cupid’s birthday. Shame, shame, shame!
