Sara is the best—she’s been a fixture in my life for years now and I don’t think I could live without her! I love acupuncture and I find her needling style very effective, but she is also super talented with lots of other Chinese medicine modalities, especially herbs. She’s helped me out with tons of issues like insomnia, neck pain, and anxiety. Plus she’s just a super cool lady! I can’t say enough good things. A million stars!

Sara’s care heals deeply. You can tell in her thorough assessment that she’s listening to more than just your words. Her ability to understand your tissues/energy/spirit’s language and take them in account while offering intentional care is unlike any other acupuncturist I’ve seen. Whether it’s treating my stubborn back pain, treating my skin to collagen boosting micro-needling, or blending herbs to bring ease to tension, she is quite generous with her gifts.
