Rude and very mean employees. Very expensive products. Fraudulent return policies and harassment from their employees via social media. Very scary. Corporate doesn't care. I've already emailed them in mid 2021 multiple times. I don't get any follow up from my original email. I don't know who is managing this Google account responding our reviews but from the past reviews from other people. Many people claiming to get yelled at and bullied at this store consistently have had this Google account who is replying to try to push blame back to the customers. My review stands. I had a negative experience and never coming back. Check out their Yelp too. Every review platform has a pretty low average! Makes sense that this location has a problem and their employees need proper training.

From walking in to walking to the register the 2 employees that were there we're talking loudly which wasn't the issue but the profanity going back and forth was especially in a store filled with started kids. Was also asked to wear a mask which was fine but the same employee cursing with other employee could have came up to me with a better attitude. Male Asian and female working around 5:35 pm 01/02/22.

Some of the workers there are really nice, when other's really aren't. I remember going there and having two workers (male) welcome me and enjoyed seeing me having fun with my friends with the stuff they had set up there. Another worker (Female) Came up to me and said if I wasn't buying anything to leave, but instead of saying it in a quiet and nice tone, she publically humiliated me and my friends for enjoying ourselves. I didn't catch the name of the woman who kicked us out but I'm still highly upset. This happened on 4/2/2021.
