My response: Hello CS @ MG,
Thank you for responding to my negative review. I’m very disappointed that your company does not have a return policy & that it took about a year for you to respond.
My wife and I were in the mall and my wife purchased a puzzle from your store —as a gift for my sister—. When we met up she showed me the puzzle and I told her that my sister already had the puzzle…oh well, we will just return it. The employee was rude, surprisingly rude that we didn’t know about the no returns policy. I didn’t want to argue with an employee so we exchanged for a board game and left.
I then attempted to contact the mind games head office to speak with someone about the reasoning behind the no returns policy & request a change…and was unable to get anywhere — no one returned my calls or emails at that time—.
I then gave your store the appropriate to my experience review of the minimum.
Your response to my review asked what you can do & my answer is simple, have a return policy. Allow customers to buy and return items & allow your employees the opportunity to thank people for even coming into the store without having to tell them no… It’s that simple. With online shopping likely being a big competition for your store, I think you’d be best served by having the most enjoyable customer experience possible—which includes smooth, no issue returns—.
I’ll also note that the year you took to respond to my review is disappointing & I will be posting this response as well as your response to this message on google as well for others to see.
In full transparency, you’ve lost me as a customer. I simply hope you do better with others & continue to receive accurate reviews.
