Came in to buy Pokémon cards with my boyfriend. The manager at the counter had the rudest tone when we both wanted to buy 2 packs each since we both collect them. Apparently selling cards to gay couples institutes scalping, because he has a “Serious rule” about it.

Almost fainted when I saw the original location closed, but thankfully it just had to move to another location. The store however is a lot more smaller and I couldn't find much as originally, but the store is still pretty good as of so far.

I had saw that the store was selling Pokémon cards and I went in inquiring about them with my boyfriend and sister. The manager told us the rule about two cards per person. My boyfriend and I agreed and understood due to the scalping issue. It’s hard enough for us long time fans collecting cards. When my boyfriend also wanted to buy cards he denied him even though he told us it was two per person. The tone of his voice also made us feel like we were doing something wrong. I left afterwords without buying anything since it felt wrong to be treated like that. I would not recommend it to friends who are also long time collectors. Be wary if you plan on going to this store.
