MindBodyHum is probably the most beautiful studio in Seattle, and unique because it's actually two studios in one - warm vinyasa in the Humble Warrior studio, and meditation, restorative and yin yoga, and sound healing in Silent Hum studio. Come for a warm vinyasa class and then stay for a meditation or sound bath. All of the teachers are kind, inclusive, and experts at what they do. Whether you're looking for a long-term community or just passing through Seattle, this studio is a must!

We took Elizabeth Thomas‘s class which was exceptional. I take a lot of yoga classes and this was one of the best in Seattle. It was challenging in a good way and the instruction was amazing.

I'm so thankful to have found a gorgeous studio with authentic and engaging staff. Recovering from injuries and a sedentary pandemic, I've found a place to restore and reset my body and mind.

While I am working towards the warm vinyasa, I've taken advantage of Yin and Restorative yoga. The gong and sound baths are truly incredible paired with gentle and thorough stretches.

Additionally, the meditation classes prove a tremendous benefit as I've always found it difficult to quiet the mind.

Finding parking can take a few minutes but very doable, you can cancel a class up to 2 hrs beforehand without incurring a charge.
