Hands down if it was not for Lazara I would have quit breastfeeding! Not only has she helped my daughter and I find the right positions to breastfeed pain free, she has helped us figure out which products will make breastfeeding the most enjoyable experience I have the opportunity of sharing with my daughter. Lazara helped us with breastfeeding but not only that. She is a wealth of knowledge with pediatric health as well as the health of the mother. From helping me cure my severe case of mastitis to teaching me how to unclog ducts and make sure I didn’t get sore and bruised nipples, her knowledge is irreplaceable and her passion for helping mothers learn and love to breastfeed is unlike any other in the business. Lazara is so much more than just a lactation consultant, she’s a motherly guide for first time moms as well as a friend! 100/5 stars!

Lazara Briones is dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable about all things relating to lactation and newborn/new mom life!
She is a neonatal nurse, with TONs of experience! She helped me to get to 4 months (and counting) of being able to primarily breastfeed/ provide breast milk to my daughter. This is huge! With my first I was supplementing with formula during the first week after bringing her home. My first was primarily formula fed by 2 months and weaned completely by 5 months - I wanted to try for different results with my second daughter.
I shared my difficulties with Lazara, and she offered to help! She’s come to my home several times - first to help with fussiness related to gas and constipation and to assess my daughter for lip ties. Lazara caught that my daughter had a lip tie and two buccal ties (rare) - which our pediatrician missed! Once fixed, our nursing was greatly improved… She also helped us to do weighted feeds to ensure baby was getting enough milk. Lazara also suggested several methods and techniques for pumping to improve milk supply. She has been a miracle worker to get us to this point in our nursing/breastfeeding journey! I am so grateful and thankful for her help!! Highly recommend!!!
