I highly recommend Mindful yoga classes! The sessions are well-planned and provide a comprehensive workout for both body and mind. The flexible timings are an added bonus. What I particularly enjoy is that each class is bit different, so I never get bored. Deepika does an excellent job of mixing up the routine, keeping me engaged and motivated.

Deepika's Mindful Yoga Classes, as the name says, have really helped me do "mindful" yoga as opposed to doing just plain yoga. She guides us beautifully every step of the way. I feel energized, stronger, calmer, and ready to take on the day with focus and lots of positivity after every session! Forever grateful 🙏🏻
Edit: I also want to mention that her Kids Yoga Classes are commendable as well. My 2.5 year old enjoys the classes and looks forward with wonder and enthusiasm for the next class!
